Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join its private equity group in Chicago. The ideal candidate has at least four years of broad corporate experience and experience as second chair in mezzanine debt or private equity. SBIC funds experience is preferred but not required.

Admission to the state bar in the relevant office location is required. Chicago is the primary focus, with consideration for other offices.

Winston Taylor is looking for a mid-level associate to join the private equity group. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of broad corporate experience, including at least second chair mezzanine debt or private equity experience. Experience with SBIC funds is preferred but not required. While Chicago is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.
