Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP seeks an associate with at least four years of substantive finance experience, including work with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions. Experience in private credit sponsor acquisition financings, structured finance, CLOs and fund finance is a plus.

Strong deal experience at a large law firm with a focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least four years substantive finance experience in a law firm context.
• Experience with bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions.
• Experience in private credit sponsor acquisition financings is a plus.
• Experience in structured finance, CLOs and fund finance is also a plus.
• Strong deal experience at a large law firm with a focus on cash flow lending.
