Job summary

Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago seeks a mid-level associate to join the private equity group. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of broad corporate experience, including mezzanine debt or private equity exposure.

Candidates admitted to the state bar in their home jurisdiction are welcome; SBIC funds experience is a plus but not required. Chicago remains the principal focus, with consideration for other offices.

Winston Taylor is looking for a mid-level associate to join the private equity group. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of broad corporate experience, including at least second chair mezzanine debt or private equity experience. Experience with SBIC funds is preferred but not required. While Chicago is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.
