• Degree in Construction Management or 5 years’ experience in construction management.
• Experience managing office buildouts and renovations in occupied spaces.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction planning and execution for firm projects across the office portfolio.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
• Support implementation of design standards and office standards.
• Review budgets, schedules, and change activity to ensure delivery.
• Ensure compliance with codes, ADA, fire safety, and security standards.
• Assist in vendor strategy and project reporting as needed.
