Responsibilities

• Manage firmwide construction planning and execution across the office portfolio.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and outside consultants.
• Develop procedures, templates, and implementation protocols for consistent delivery.
• Support capital planning with budgeting input and scheduling analysis.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, fire safety, and security standards.
