Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking Radiologic Technology professionals to perform imaging procedures under radiologist supervision. You will prepare patients, operate imaging equipment, and adhere to radiation protection protocols, delivering quality diagnostic studies.

The role requires ARRT certification, Wisconsin licensure, and may include CT responsibility within 18 months. Eligible candidates may receive up to a $10k bonus and growth opportunities within Froedtert Health’s network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current clinical experience in each modality preferred.
• ARRT radiography licensure is required, plus Wisconsin state licensure.
• ARIACTCT: CT licensure within 18 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and perform imaging procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure radiation protection guidelines are followed.
• Perform CT, diagnostic X-ray, and point-of-care lab testing as needed.
• Provide professional interaction with patients, visitors, and staff and adhere to service standards.

The team is looking for a CT Technologist and Radiologic Technologist. Willing to train for CT Technologist.

Job Summary

At the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers, prepares patients, performs imaging procedures and operates imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Adheres to organizational customer service standards and supports the organizational excellence initiatives. Provides positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff. Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary. Responsible for performing all CT, Diagnostic X-ray, and Point of Care Lab Testing.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

A minimum of 1 year of current clinical experience in each modality is preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

High School degree or equivalent is required. Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.

EDUCATION PREFERRED

An additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred.

LICENSURE REQUIRED

ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required. Registered by the ARRT in CT within 18 months is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
