Job summary

The role includes patient education, equipment operation, safety practices, and rotating among X-ray, CT, Mammography, and DEXA modalities; two years' radiologic technologist experience is preferred, with ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certification and BLS.

Qualifications

• ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certification applicable to performed modalities.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years of radiologic technologist experience preferred.
• Willingness to rotate across modalities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed radiology procedures per orders and policies.
• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Produce high quality images and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain department workflow and inventory.
