Job summary

Banner Baywood Medical Center in Mesa, AZ seeks a Multi-Modality Radiologic Technologist for assignment-based coverage of open shifts, PTO, and potential holidays. Typical hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm, with CT and X-ray modalities included. Must hold ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certification and state licensure, plus two years of radiologic experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved radiologic technology program.
• Active ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certification and state licensure as applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of radiologic technologist experience.
• Must hold certification in two or more modalities (e.g., X-ray, CT, DEXA, Mammography, Breast Sonography, Angiography).

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed radiologic procedures by following orders and policies.
• Educate patients/families regarding procedures and expectations.
• Produce high-quality images and document results for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment quality control and ensure safety protocols.
• Rotate across modalities and assist with scheduling as needed.
