Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking a qualified Multi-Level NDT Technician (Level I, II, and III) to join our team in Memphis, TN. The role involves performing inspections across multiple NDT methods, interpreting results, and preparing inspection reports in compliance with codes and customer specifications.

Ideal candidates hold current MT/PT/UT/RT certifications, can read blueprints, and communicate findings clearly. On-site work with travel to customer locations is required; comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current certifications MT/PT/UT/RT.
• Strong understanding of ASNT, ASTM, API, AWS standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT inspections using MT, PT, UT, and RT methods.
• Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and required documentation.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate inspection findings with customers, supervisors, and project teams.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.
• Set up and calibrate equipment.
• Ensure inspections meet applicable code and customer requirements.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
• Perform additional inspection methods or duties as assigned.
