Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Atlanta, GA seeks a qualified Multi-Level NDT Technician to join our inspection team. The role involves performing MT, PT, UT, and RT inspections in accordance with codes and customer specs, supporting multiple industries from manufacturing to aerospace.

Strong attention to safety and documentation is essential for accurate reporting. Candidates must hold current NDT certifications and be willing to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current certifications in MT, PT, UT, and RT.
• Strong understanding of ASNT, ASTM, API, AWS standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT inspections using MT, PT, UT, and RT methods.
• Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with codes and customer specs.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and required documentation.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.
• Set up and calibrate equipment.
• Ensure inspections meet customer and code requirements.
