Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking a qualified Multi-Level NDT Technician (Level I, II, and III) to join our team in Memphis, TN. The role requires performing inspections across MT, PT, UT, and RT methods while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and customer specifications.

The candidate should hold current MT/PT/UT/RT certifications and be able to travel as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, training, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current MT, PT, UT, and RT certifications.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of ASNT, ASTM, API, AWS standards.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT inspections using MT, PT, UT, and RT methods.
• Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with codes, standards, and customer specifications.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and required documentation.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate inspection findings with customers, supervisors, and project teams.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.
• Set up and calibrate equipment.
• Ensure inspections meet applicable code and customer requirements.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
• Perform additional inspection methods or duties as assigned.
