Nexstar Media Group, Inc. in Utica, New York is seeking an entry-level Multi-Media Account Executive who will drive revenue for TV and digital offerings.

You will prospect, qualify, close, and grow new business, deliver compelling presentations, and support campaigns with clients and station teams. Full sales training provided; guaranteed salary plus commission with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Employment requires a pre-employment criminal and driving background check, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and increase sales volume for TV and digital revenue.
• Prospect, qualify, close and grow NEW business.
• Learn and implement new strategies and products.
• Handle order entry, contracts, follow-up and collections.
• Play a role in the production of client's creative elements.
• Be an advocate for our products and programs.
• Implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals.
• Establish credible relationships within our business community.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Proficiency with social media and digital platforms.
• Educate customers on the variety of TV and Digital products to promote their products/services.
• Work with clients and station personnel to develop advertising campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000
