Job summary

TheHomeMag is seeking a highly organized Design Support Specialist to back the creative and production needs across Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, and Dallas–Fort Worth markets. This hands-on role blends design work with process coordination to ensure on-brand, print and digital ads meet deadlines.

You will support design and production, collaborate with regional teams, and help maintain templates, file organization, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, advertising production, creative services, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, image quality, and basic design principles.
• Experience preparing artwork for print production strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, markets, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to receive creative direction and execute revisions accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a distributed creative and market team.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, revision, and production of print and digital advertising materials for TheHomeMag and its clients.
• Build and modify advertisements using established brand standards, templates, and client-provided assets.
• Assist designers and market teams with resizing, formatting, image preparation, layout adjustments, and other production needs.
• Maintain consistency and quality across advertisements and other creative materials.
• Help ensure designs are visually effective while meeting TheHomeMag’s production specifications and standards.
