Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate assigned machines in our Wichita Falls, TX facility. You will read blueprints, determine tooling, feeds and speeds, and perform diversified machining tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include multi-machine operations, load/unload, and using precision gauges to verify dimensions to print. A high school diploma/GED, 3 years of experience, and forklift certification are required; we emphasize safety and quality in all

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years of experience required.
• Must be an experienced forklift driver.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints and processes to plan setup and operation of machines.
• Face, turn, bore, drill, chuck, ream, groove, undercut, broach, keyway, hone, taper, grind, tap, cut threads, lap, job, shape, and all other machining operations to machine parts.
• Uses precision measuring tools and gauges to ensure dimensions are to print specifications.
• Operates two or more machines, time cycles permitting, and checks work to maintain quality.
• Multi-machine tool operations may include various machine tools with machine-controlled work cycles.
• Load and unload machines.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
