• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
• Plan and supervise staff scheduling, including overtime for cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and monitor inventory across locations.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
• Visit store locations within the Columbus metro area to oversee operations.
• Oversee store cleanliness and coordination of laundry service for timely service.
• Procure and stock supplies and over-the-counter products for all locations.
• Assign tasks, supervise attendants, and address issues as they arise.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
