Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work at multiple site locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready for rent.

You will also handle cash drawer audits, deposits, and customer payments while traveling between locations with mileage reimbursement. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.
• Ability to lift items up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to walk and work outdoors up to 50% of the time; perform daily cleaning and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and follow up on delinquent accounts as needed.
• Travel between different locations using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available).
