Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a capable Property Manager to oversee operations at multiple locations. You will work independently, assess customer storage needs, and promote packing and moving supplies while ensuring units are ready to rent.

You will conduct daily inspections, handle cash drawers, deposits, and payments reminders, and travel between sites using your own vehicle. A valid driver's license is required and mileage reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments such as retail or service industries.
• Ability to handle cash, deposits, and payments with accuracy.
• Willingness to perform outdoor work and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage daily operations at multiple locations independently.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and follow up on reminders/collections.
