Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and offering packing supplies. The role includes daily inspections and ensuring spaces are ready to rent, plus handling cash and deposits.

You will assist customers with payments and occasionally make collection calls. Applicants should come from customer service/sales backgrounds and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and keep spaces ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when needed.
