Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians across multiple locations. You will use route optimization software and partner with District Operations and Customer Experience to meet operational targets while delivering excellent service.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations analysis, routing, or dispatch, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and strong analytical and customer service skills.

• Requires prior experience with driver routing and/or technician dispatching.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Balances operational efficiency with technician, driver, and customer needs.

• Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership to optimize routes.
• Serve as SME for routing infrastructure, scheduling tools, and dashboards.
