Job summary

Goble Family Restaurants – McDonald’s in Maine is seeking a dependable Restaurant Maintenance & Repair Technician. You will travel between our restaurant locations to diagnose and repair building and kitchen equipment, perform routine preventive maintenance, and help keep operations safe and efficient.

The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication with restaurant managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or repair preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize repair requests.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or commercial equipment repair is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record required.
• Must be comfortable traveling between restaurant locations throughout Maine.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple restaurant locations to complete maintenance and repair work.
• Diagnose and repair general building and restaurant equipment issues.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general facility repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain records of work completed and parts used.
