Job summary

Flynn Group – Arby’s Restaurants is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support several Arby’s locations. You will be responsible for routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and proactive solutions to keep facilities safe and functional.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform tile work, drywall and FRP repairs, plumbing tasks, lighting maintenance, and carpentry. You’ll help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards across multiple sites in a dynamic restaurant

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge across facility systems
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance plans
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to standards

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs across multiple Arby’s locations.
• Tile work: replacement and repair of damaged tiles.
• Address drywall and FRP issues, patching, repairing, installing.
• Unclog, repair, and maintain drain lines and plumbing systems.
• Repair ceilings, ceiling tiles, and grid systems as needed.
• Lighting maintenance: bulb/ballast replacement, electrical troubleshooting.
• Repair or replace outlets, switches, and wiring.
• Carpentry, painting, and sealing to prevent deterioration.
• Maintain restaurant furniture and seating as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Respond to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime.
