Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an HVAC technician to perform installations, maintenance and repairs across Arby’s locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, equipment repairs and routine preventative maintenance with travel within the region.

Compliance with safety policies and ability to work varied shifts is expected. Qualified candidates hold HVAC certification (1 year+), must be 18+, and pass background checks including a DOT drug screen and fit-for-duty exam.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Proof of legal work status in the United States
• Possess basic tools and meters knowledge
• DOT drug screen, fit-for-duty physical, and background check required

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair per warranty and industry standards
• Communicate with maintenance supervisor and store management on repair status
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
