Job summary

Flynn Group – Arby’s Restaurants is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support multiple locations. You’ll handle routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and preventative tasks to keep restaurants safe, functional, and inviting.

The role requires proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs, with a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving, and ability to prioritize competing tasks while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related field.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs of restaurant facilities.
• Tile work: replacement and repair of damaged tiles.
• Address drywall and FRP issues: patching, repairing, installing.
• Unclog, repair, and maintain drains and plumbing systems.
• Replace and repair ceilings, tiles, and grid systems.
• Lighting maintenance: bulb and ballast replacement; troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Repair or replace outlets, switches, and wiring.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and sealing to prevent deterioration.
• Maintain equipment like door hardware, hinges, and locks.
• Inspect seating, booths, and furnishings for safety and upkeep.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Document and report hazards or violations; respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to prioritize needs; coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
