Job summary

Flynn Group – Arby’s Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support multiple Arby’s locations. You will perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and proactive improvements to keep facilities safe and appealing.

The role requires plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. You’ll collaborate with restaurant management and vendors to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance & repairs across multiple sites.
• Tile work: replacement and repair of damaged tiles.
• Address drywall and FRP issues: patching, repairing, installing.
• Unclog, repair, and maintain drain lines and plumbing systems.
• Replace and repair ceilings, tiles, and grid systems.
• Lighting maintenance: bulb/ballast replacement and electrical troubleshooting.
• Repair or replace outlets, switches, wiring.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, sealing to prevent deterioration.
• Maintain equipment such as door hardware, hinges, and locks.
• Inspect seating, booths, and furnishings.
• Ensure safety compliance and report hazards.
• Respond to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for specialized repairs.
