Job summary

DRM Arby’s is hiring a Field Maintenance Technician to service Arby’s quick-service restaurants across multiple states. You will perform preventative maintenance on structures, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and install fixtures in our stores.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Occasional travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and negotiation for repairs.
• Knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA regulations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on structures, equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and fixtures.
• Follow food safety practices and brand standards.
• Light janitorial work and basic carpentry.
• Occasional overnight travel to other markets may be required.
