Job summary

The blue kangaroo is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple laundromat locations. You will drive revenue growth, monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and develop site teams to uphold company standards.

This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a data-driven approach. You will travel frequently, coach Store Managers, manage inventory and maintenance, and ensure consistent customer experience and profitability across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a District Manager or similar leadership role in retail, service, or operations management.
• Proven ability to improve financial performance and drive operational improvements.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
• Willingness to travel frequently and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple laundromat locations using KPIs.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance store performance, customer experience, and profitability.
• Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability for each store.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to ensure accountability and high performance.
• Address customer feedback with Store Managers to proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and oversee timely maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of store operations, including financial performance and productivity.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures for consistency across locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
