Job summary

FiveStar is seeking a Floating Food Service Manager to partner with the General Manager in planning, supervising, and managing food service operations. You will ensure customer service, merchandising, and adherence to health and safety regulations across locations.

The role involves training staff, maintaining product presentation, following company policies, and supporting promotions. Must have 1 year of food service experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time.
• Knowledge of food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage operations in the food service areas.
• Ensure FiveStar customer service in line with policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with health and food safety regulations and storage practices.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, and product presentation.</br>Provide training and supervision to staff.
• Communicate with General Managers about promotions and programs.
