Job summary

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking a highly organized Facilities Administrator to manage purchasing, inventory, vendor communications, and compliance across our Chicago-area clubs. You will standardize storage, track critical parts, and support multiple locations with policy-driven processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in facilities-related roles, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in facilities coordination, operations, property management, hospitality, or similar.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple locations, vendors, and priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and operational/project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing and ordering of maintenance parts, tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate parts and service needs with manufacturers and vendors.
• Support club teams with operational supply ordering and organization.
• Create consistent inventory and storage systems across locations.
• Track inventory levels and reorder needs.
• Maintain facilities inspection, licensing, and compliance calendars.
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for maintenance and projects.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Partner with Club and Facilities leaders to move projects forward.
• Improve facilities purchasing, inventory, and administrative processes.
