Job summary

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness in Chicago is seeking an organized and reliable In-house maintenance Technician to maintain four large health club facilities. Key responsibilities include managing HVAC systems, light repair tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency in a client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and must be proactive in managing maintenance tasks while providing excellent member service. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service or building engineering.
• Must possess knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general upkeep of health club facilities.
• Work with the maintenance manager to order materials and plan work.
• Perform a wide variety of semi-skilled building maintenance tasks.
