Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events across all lounge locations, including multi-location launches.
• Develop timelines, run-of-show, planning checklists, staffing needs, and vendor details.
• Coordinate logistics, setup, supplies, signage, staffing, and on-day details.
• Research, book, and coordinate outside vendors when needed.
• Maintain communication with lounge managers and internal stakeholders about timelines and responsibilities.
• Prepare post-event recaps and track ROI by event type.
