Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee Dallas, Oklahoma City, and San Antonio locations. You will lead staffing, fleet readiness, and safety programs while driving performance and customer service improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus several years’ leadership in operations. Expect travel across branches and a focus on efficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent five years of related experience.
• Three years of direct line management experience preferred.
• Experience managing technical employees preferred.
• Experience leading operations teams against measurable performance standards.
• Experience with Lean principles (5S/6S) preferred.
• Ability to travel between assigned branch locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for the Dallas, Oklahoma City, and San Antonio branches.
• Oversee service execution and improve customer service levels.
• Direct supervise and deploy technicians via planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate staffing and resources across locations based on business and customer needs.
• Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with the Regional Service Manager and Training Department.
• Ensure staffing levels meet organizational needs and enforce standards.
• Provide input on hiring, termination, promotion, and salary decisions to the Regional Service Manager.
• Act as local HSE representative and drive safety performance.
• Ensure fleet readiness, maintenance, and deployment timing.
• Coordinate logistics and equipment transfers between locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
