Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the CBHC Clinic in Chicopee, MA and the Griswold Clinic in Palmer, MA. The role focuses on supervision, marketing, quality of care, and efficient physical plant operation.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in practice management, CPT/payor knowledge, HIPAA/state regs, and EHR proficiency. A Bachelor's is required; a Master's is preferred. Remote work is not indicated.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health outpatient settings preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT codes and payer requirements.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and state behavioral health regulations.
• Experience supervising staff across locations.
• CMPE certification preferred.
