Meineke Car Care Center in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Group Manager to oversee multiple locations in Alabama and Tennessee. You will lead Shop Managers, drive profitability, and ensure efficient operations across sites.

The role requires travel between several Meineke locations and a proven track record in automotive leadership, with a focus on sales, service quality, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years automotive industry experience.
• Leadership, supervisory or management experience required.
• Willing to travel between six locations in AL/TN.
• Strong understanding of repair shop operations, sales and profitability.
• Able to lead Shop Managers and staff across locations.
• Experience monitoring sales, inventory, expenses and productivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service.
• Independent staffing, scheduling and performance management.
• Enforce company policies and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation of professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations across assigned Meineke locations.
• Manage, coach and evaluate Shop Managers and staff.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through oversight of sales and costs.
• Set productivity goals and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Staffing, scheduling, and workflow decisions across locations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and improve experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Travel regularly between Huntsville, Madison, Chattanooga, Hixson, Vestavia Hills, Bessemer.
