Sharon Guilliams State Farm is seeking a Multiline Representative to assist customers with their insurance needs and to build lasting relationships within Wooster and the surrounding community. You’ll listen first, explain options, and deliver personalized plans that protect what matters most.

You will support daily operations, engage in local marketing efforts, and help teammates deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
