Nick Romo State Farm Agency in Ithaca, NY is seeking a Multiline Representative to assist customers across auto, home, life, and health products. You’ll serve as the primary contact, review coverage, identify gaps, and support policy changes, renewals and billing questions.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, willingness to learn multiple lines, and licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support). Licensing and ongoing training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions across multiple product lines.

• Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims follow-up.
• Document activity accurately to ensure continuity and compliance.
• Participate in office initiatives that improve customer experience and retention.

• Previous insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
