Glenda Beach - State Farm Agent in Plano, TX is seeking a motivated team member to support customers with insurance and financial products. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, delivering thoughtful conversations, and providing exceptional service.

You will collaborate with a four-person team, participate in community outreach, and grow professionally through training, licensing support, and performance-based recognition.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.

About our Agency:

I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a team of four. I've spent more than 25 years with State Farm, including eight years as an agent before moving into leadership and then returning to agency ownership. I'm fluent in Vietnamese, come from a large family, and have had the opportunity to develop and mentor hundreds of agents throughout my career.
