Job summary

Lakitsia Gaines - State Farm Agent in Miami, FL is seeking a Multiline Representative to help clients protect what matters most. You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and present available product information across multiple lines.

You will support daily office operations, build relationships in the community, participate in marketing efforts, and strive to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Our agency opened in 2006 and has grown into a thriving team of 19 across multiple offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with State Farm in communications and public affairs, which helped shape my leadership style and commitment to serving both our customers and our community.

I’m a graduate of Florida A&M University, where I earned my degree magna cum laude, and I’m proud that my family represents five generations at FAMU.
