Job summary

Bri Bosch State Farm Agencies is hiring a Multiline Representative to serve the Maineville and Cincinnati communities with insurance products and personalized service. You will listen to customers, assess needs across multiple lines, and guide them toward suitable coverage options while building lasting relationships.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, community involvement, and helping clients protect what matters most.

Qualifications

• Must be Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed or able to obtain license.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
