I opened my agency in September of 2015 after working as a State Farm team member for another agent, which gave me a strong foundation for building a high‑performing, people‑focused office. I’m married, born and raised in Memphis, and hold an insurance degree from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, I’m a dedicated endurance athlete — having completed the Leadville 100 multiple times and several Ironman races — which reflects the discipline, resilience, and goal‑driven mindset that shape our agency. Our office is home to two golden retrievers who proudly serve as our unofficial mascots and add to the fun, welcoming environment. Community involvement is important to us. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
