Job summary

Corinne Malone State Farm is seeking a proactive Multiline Manager to strengthen client relationships and coordinate cross-product support across insurance and financial services. You will help customers compare options, guide decisions, and contribute to office operations.

You’ll lead with integrity, coach team members, and engage with the community to raise local awareness while driving growth for the agency. This is a hands-on, people-focused leadership role in Hartford, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry with proven cross-sell results
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing or coordinating within a business or customer service setting.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in professional growth within an agency environment.
• Must possess o necessary state insurance licenses.
