Job summary

Qualifications

• CDL and medical card required and licensure to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willingness to work in high heat and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with startup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from machines and racks.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Monitor product quality and verify ingredients, lot numbers, and date codes.
• Perform quality checks and remove damaged products from the line.
• Read gauges, record production data, and ensure equipment operates within standards.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and SQF requirements.
• Support heat treatment processes and ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain audit-ready conditions.
• Identify safety hazards or process deviations and communicate them.
• Participate in troubleshooting and cross-training across lines.
• Maintain production records and rotate across lines.
