Job summary

Cara Veterinary is seeking a Hospital Administrator to provide operational leadership across multiple Cara Veterinary hospitals in the Seattle area. You will report to the Senior Director of Operations and work through Floor Managers with the Medical Director to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role emphasizes leading culture, enforcing Cara standards of Compassion, Consistency, and Quality, and expanding impact beyond a single location through multi-site oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary operations, multi-unit leadership, or a CVPM credential is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership experience and readiness to grow into multi-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own operational outcomes across assigned hospitals.
• Coach and develop Floor Managers as operational leads.
• Partner with Medical Director to align operations and medicine.
• Ensure compliance with Cara policies, processes, and standards across locations.
• Maintain high-quality client experience and culture across sites.
• Drive hospital performance, team engagement and development.
