M3 Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving Colorado Front Range. We handle multi-family housing, commercial service, and replacement projects with year-round work and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Professional appearance and communication
• Experience using mobile apps and digital work orders

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Service split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and water source heat pumps
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Communicate findings clearly with property managers and customers
• Complete digital service reports with photos and documentation
• Recommend repairs and replacement options when appropriate
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule
