Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on residential systems across Colorado. This role includes commission on repairs, replacements, upgrades, and performance bonuses, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of HVAC experience, strong communication skills, and a valid HVAC license.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC experience (service, maintenance, or diagnostics).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify and recommend comfort/efficiency solutions.
• Customer interaction: provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.

Responsibilities
