Job summary

MMG in the United States (MA) seeks a Project Manager for its Multi-Family Construction/Development Group. The role reports to the Vice President of Construction and collaborates with the Construction Executive on subcontractor relations, proposals, and contract administration.

The PM will coordinate with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling to develop project estimates and schedules, and lead the team to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget on small to mid-size scopes.

Qualifications

• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction experience required.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors
• Partner with the Construction Executive in the drafting of client proposals
• Partner with the Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Work with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling on project estimate and schedule
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
• Perform on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects
