National Lumber Company in Baltimore is seeking a Project Manager for its rapidly growing Multi-Family & Commercial Division. You will lead projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality results while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Based in Baltimore with regular field visits across Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic, the role requires strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to thrive

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with construction processes and jobsite coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multi-family projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and jobsite logistics.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Track project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Review and manage purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and performance.
