Performance Electrical Contracting in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Multi-Family Foreman to lead our crews on apartment and townhome projects. You will manage daily activities, ensure inspections pass on first attempt, and maintain crew safety on multi-family sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electrical experience, leadership as a foreman, and a valid Journeyman license. OSHA 10 and NEC knowledge are required, with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience, including multi-family.
• Experience leading a crew as foreman or lead.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (or state equivalent).
• OSHA 10.
• Strong plan-reading skills and NEC knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead electricians, apprentices, and helpers on multi-family jobs.
• Plan the day, assign the work, and keep the job on schedule.
• Run unit rough-in, trim-out, and common-area work to code.
• Coordinate with the GC superintendent and other trades.
• Schedule inspections and knock out punch lists.
• Order materials and keep tools and equipment accounted for.
• Keep your crew safe and run toolbox talks.
• Complete daily reports and approve crew time.
