Job summary

Recruitology is seeking an Electrical foreman for a Jacksonville, Florida-based electrical subcontractor. You will lead on-site installations, coordinate with the project management team from planning to completion, and ensure safety and code compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida Journeyman license, 3–5 years of supervision experience, and a clean driving record, with OSHA-10 certification. A company vehicle and benefits are provided based on experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman preferred with Florida license.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and OSHA-10.

Responsibilities

• Manage/coordinate electrical installations.
• Coordinate project budgets and schedules with project manager.
• Maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and industry regulations.
• Lead helpers to complete projects safely and on time.
