Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction industry experience.
• Proficient in sitework design, RFI handling, scheduling, budgeting and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement construction projects using Civil Sitework expertise.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to identify issues and solutions.
• Prepare RFIs and follow up on responses.
• Manage project scheduling and ensure milestones are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets within financial parameters.
• Oversee materials procurement and utilization to avoid delays.
• Implement safety management procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Handle change orders and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety.
