Job summary

Tempo Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to schedule installation appointments and assist the Replacement Crews in closing jobs. This role supports clear, proactive communication between customers, crews, and multiple departments to ensure customer needs are met.

The ideal candidate will manage daily schedules, handle paperwork, and contribute to a positive, efficient service flow while adapting to evening and after-hours dispatching as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in HVAC or construction is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Basic Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation appointments and coordinate with installation crews.
• Maintain customer data in enterprise software.
• Communicate with customers and crews to keep schedules.
• Prepare job paperwork and related documents for each job.
• Dispatch calls and manage equipment registrations when needed.
• Issue POs and handle related administrative tasks.
• Make follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction.
